Who are our farmers?

We currently work with the Ija’tz farming cooperative in Guatemala.  The coffee farmers in this coop farm coffee fields at approximately 5,000 feet elevation in the San Lucas Tolimán area of the country.  Their coffee is shade grown using no chemicals, with all labor done by hand.  The volcanic soil in the area makes for ideal coffee-growing conditions.
